How does GymDoc work?

First screen - muscle groups

On this screen you can: Add your muscle group. Delete a muscle group together with all workouts and data. Rename a muscle group.

Second screen - creating a muscle group and exercises

In this workout log screen, you can create your own muscle group and name it. You can also create exercises and name them.

The third screen is for managing training log data

On this screen you can do the following: add weight, add reps, add sets. Edit your workout data if you made a mistake. Keep track of your personal records and statistics. See past workout data (retro). Quickly switch to new exercises. Log unlimited workouts.

About GymDoc

No more notes, notebooks or charts!

Record all your workouts, track your progress, and get complete statistics on all your strength exercises over any period of time in one app:

  • You create the exercises you want and need for yourself. You don’t have to choose them from huge lists or work out according to presets of other people. You also choose the name of each exercise yourself – as you like and understand it;
  • The app can be used when working with a trainer and for individual exercises, in the gym and at home, in yoga classes for health and for strength training. It is suitable for beginners and professionals alike, regardless of gender, age, or anthropometric data;
  • In GymDoc there is nothing unnecessary, interfering and distracting from training. At the same time it is a full-fledged log for storing and analyzing information about your exercises with a calendar, statistics and intuitive interface;
  • Built-in analytics regularly update your progress metrics and give you notifications and hints that motivate you to do better. You see the results of your work every day in real time.

The application does not require an Internet connection and therefore works in any environment. You can study in the basement, at the cottage, in case of network congestion or technical problems at the provider. All data is stored on your smartphone and is always available for viewing, adjusting or analyzing.

Track workouts for any muscle group

A menu for entering data on the main muscle groups is created automatically when you install the app. You can set everything that you need by yourself. Information on any muscle group can be added, deleted or edited as you like.

Record workout results in a few clicks

For each muscle group, you can create as many exercises as you need. Within any exercise, you can record all sets and specify the working weight and number of reps for each set. You can also delete, add, and edit the exercises and sets in any order you want. If necessary, you can view the results of your previous workout and compare them with your current workout.

Guidance and motivational cues at all stages

For each selected exercise, your progress for the month or period is automatically calculated, and you can navigate to the advanced statistics screen. In the active zones, where the user can perform an action, tips are displayed to make it easier to interact with the app. You can easily get used to the interface the first time, so you can devote maximum time to your workouts.

Training history for the whole year

Get instant access to any of your previous workouts with the built-in calendar. It marks the dates you’ve worked out, and when you click on any of them, it gives you detailed information about all of your workouts for that day. You can go back and see data for another period in two clicks.

Statistics for each exercise by date

Check your progress as a whole and on each exercise individually on the simple and easy-to-use statistics screen, which clearly shows your strength and repetition progress. Your personal records and minimum loads per attempt are highlighted in green and red, so you can clearly see when and how you worked. You can go to this window from any workout by clicking on the appropriate icon. To quickly download statistics for another exercise, the search box will activate the information you need by typing the first letters of the exercise or muscle group name.

Is your app paid or free?

Right now the application contains a free set of features. An example of what it includes:

  • Create an unlimited number of workouts.

Your feedback and suggestions are the most important source of information for us. Both positive and negative feedback is welcome.

Do I need to register an account?

No. We currently allow users to use the app without authorization. As soon as we understand that users need to store data on our servers and use their email address for recovery, we will definitely implement this tool. All data is only stored on your devices right now.

Can I create my own workout programs in your app?

No, there is no such opportunity at the moment. But in the future we plan to implement a constructor, according to which you will be able to assemble the training programs you need from your exercises.

Our app is primarily geared toward:
