For the past four years, however, Alexander has devoted himself entirely to bodybuilding. This sport won his heart with its exactingness, concerted work on himself and his thirst to achieve physical perfection.
In addition to his involvement in sports, Alexander has a wealth of experience in information technology. For more than 15 years he has been successfully working in the IT-industry, where he manages several projects related to sports. This allowed him to combine his passion for sports and professional skills in technology.
Alexander also maintains a marketing blog on LinkedIn. He believes in the value of knowledge sharing and the ability to share valuable tips and strategies. On his blog, he shares useful, practical marketing tips.

Active lifestyle and sports are an integral part of Alexey’s life. He has been involved in sports for over 10 years, which gives him a deep understanding of the sports industry. In addition, Alexey shares a passion for motorsports and actively studies the field of sports health and nutrition, striving to keep abreast of the latest trends and scientific discoveries.

Anita Werner is one of the valuable members of the GymDoc team, serving as editor-in-chief. Her professional experience and education in journalism play an important role in the development of the project.
Anita received her journalism degree in 2019, which served as the foundation for her career in the media industry. From 2016 to 2018, she worked as a project manager at an SMM agency, which gave her valuable experience in managing and coordinating tasks.
In 2018, Anita took a full-time course “Editorial. Internet Media” in St. Petersburg, supplementing her knowledge and skills in editing and content management in the online space. In 2019, she successfully completed a distance learning science journalism school from Russian Reporter, expanding her knowledge of science writing.
Anita has experience publishing texts on medical and sports topics, which allows her to interact effectively with a team of editors and copywriters. At GymDoc she is responsible for coordinating and editing content, ensuring a high level of quality of published information.
In her free time, Anita shows an interest in fitness and has been doing it for the past 3 years. She also actively researches medical, sports and other topics.
